In a competitive match “The lesser team" took on selmeston. The skipper, with years of captaincy experience, showcased his skills by winning the toss and opting to have his team field first “All Together!”

Our opening bowler, Adam Howard, was nothing short of lightning on the pitch, striking fear into the hearts of the opposition with his pace and taking 4 wickets (4-22). On the other end, Andy Parker bowled beautifully, maintaining the pressure built by Adam. Then came the first change in the bowling attack, Madhav, the ace spinner of our team. His spin magic was on full display as he gracefully claimed 4 wickets (4-22). On the other side, Josh delivered some good overs as well. Our fielders were exceptional, especially Raghav, who seemed to have magnets in his hands. And then there's Mark Alexander, the wicketkeeper, whose age did nothing to diminish his remarkable wicketkeeping skills. His stumping was like lightning strikes, leaving the opposition two players short and ultimately all out for 93 runs.

When it was our turn to bat, the opening pair of Will Nicklin and Josh batted well. Will displayed some masterful shots, scoring a brilliant 61 runs but was dropped three times, while Josh added 32 runs in the partnership. However, when we needed 2 more runs to win the game, Josh got out. Then Charlie came in, but Will was unstoppable, scoring the winning runs to finish the game.

The important part of the match report - "Teas!" - were indeed provided by our opponents. Which was fabulous.

In short, under Skipper Raj's leadership and the team's collective effort, we contributed to a fantastic victory.
